Fullsize Basketball with No Stand
The ball I designed with the customer service representative, is not the ball that was sent to me. She used the dates, city, and country from 2022 that I ordered before, e.g. Johannesburg, South Africa instead of this years venue in Gaborone, Botswana. This needs to be fixed as I clearly stated and sent images and text that represents where the venue is being held this year of 2026. Please advise. .
