The clock is unique and fun. It is a regular clock, uses one AA battery. Basically a good, sturdy and well-functioning clock. Normal size, can be hung anywhere. The picture makes it personal and such a great gift. For any occasion this is a perfect gift. Have given 2 so far and plan to order a few more. If you find the perfect picture for someone or yourself, this is a way to have a useful item display that photo and see it every day. The design came out exactly as expected. There are many design choice details. Really allows for the item to be completely personalized. The picture itself could not have been better. It was a very well-received gift.
