They messed up the design, printed the messed up design and packaged it up and sent it to me anyway? This is a clear lack of regard for the customers who put their trust in this company expecting to receive a quality product. Thankfully I don’t need these buttons any time soon, otherwise I would be even more annoyed than I already am. Give the customers what they are paying for or risk losing customers altogether. A simple quality check and a reprint of the design would have sufficed, but someone thought that they would get away with sending a messed up product. Ridiculous! Zazzle ought to be ashamed of themselves.
