I ordered these twice. The first time they arrived quickly and the order was perfect. The second time, I waited about a month before contacting customer service at Zazzle. The CS rep arranged for me to have them almost overnight. When I got the second batch, though, three of eight sheets were marked with something black that would not come off. I informed the CS rep, who asked for photos, which I uploaded. In a VERY short amount of time, Zazzle CS replaced the ENTIRE order, and overnight end them to me again. If anything is wrong, they'll make it right, and fast. Zazzle is just great. When all was fixed, they were perfect.
