Cretaceous Mermaid - I'm the first to admit it, I'm a big dinosaur/paleontology nerd, and made this painting for the sheer pleasure of it. The Cretaceous Period would have been a very perilous time for mermaids. Feisty mosasaurs, plesiosaurs, all the fantastic marine reptiles that I adore (yet they terrify my husband, who is creeped out by this piece, hehe!). Throwing geological science out the window for once (hey, it's FANTASY right?) I've included a gorgeous dark haired mermaid with these perilous monsters of the deep. The product got here on time. I put it in a frame on my daughters wall. She is loving the chart. When she wants to check how she feels, she just walks over and points. It goes well as a companion to the Teddy, How Do You Feel? book. Would buy as a gift for others. The colors are great. The pictures are clear and very noticeable.
