Cultural Diversity Coffee Mug

The general idea behind this design is based on the merging of cultures as a result of the world has become a small village and tolerance of different cultures and ethnic backgrounds is necessary. So we created these designs to show how can different cultures co-exist by creating a Oriental background pattern (henna) for each design, then super-impose masks that represent different cultures on top of it. Henna is an exotic and beautiful tattoo art that has been used in India and the middle east for centuries. These days there is a growing interest in this art, so we created a pattern using some basic henna tattoo elements. This pattern was applied on different products (in a variety of colour combinations) like shoes, bags, mousepads, ipad/iphons covers,mugs...etc.
