How do I create my own backdrops?
As we’ve already noted, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop is really quite simple— and a lot of fun too! You can start by selecting an existing design from our vast collection of backdrops, and then hitting ‘Personalise’ to add your own details. Or, if you want complete creative control, you can follow the steps below to design custom backdrops or custom tapestries from scratch!
- Step 1: You are, of course, already on the custom backdrops page, and that’s a great place to start!
- Step 2: Next, select your preferred size from the available options. If you decide that you’d like a different size later in the process, you’ll be able to change this selection on the product page.
- Step 3: Use the ‘Add Image’ and ‘Add Text’ buttons to open the design tool. The sidebar on the left allows you to upload images, insert text boxes and experiment with a variety of other design features. You can then customise those elements further by using the tools on the right side of the page to add filters and switch fonts.
- Step 4: Once you’re satisfied with your design, click ‘Done’ and then ‘Add to Cart.’ Finally, to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon and then enter your payment details.
What are the product details of your custom backdrops?
Our backdrops and tapestries are available in five sizes, ranging from 34” x 40” all the way up to 88” x 104”, so there are options for big and small events alike. Each one is made from premium quality polyester, ensuring that they're lightweight and soft to the touch. Despite these delicate features, though, our backdrops are also durable, and the sublimation printing technique used results in fade-resistant colours that are both vivid and bold!
