It was extremely easy to upload the photos I wanted and customize the mugs to my preferences. It was delivered in a timely manner and was nicely packaged. The mug is of good quality and the photos are pretty clear. I gave this to my dad as part of his father's day gift with pictures of us throughout the years and the text saying "Like father like daughter... oh crap" . He got a kick out of it plus it is something that he will use on a regular basis. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. The photos look a little grainy and not very clear but that's because they came off of my phone and some of the pictures I uploaded are photos taken of photos, so it's not really a product defect it's just the quality of the photos I uploaded. They still turned out good and look nice.
