If I could give 0 stars I would. All I received was a black mug with no photos on it. There is no customer service number that works and I have to rely on an AI chat bot that just wants me to return the mug. Why do I now need to go out of my way to return something that I didn’t order!!! Not to mention I won’t have a Christmas gift for my mom now. 0/10 recommend I would NEVER order from this site again. Didn’t get what I ordered and customer service sucks. All they have is a robot. If you’re doing a custom mug use Shutterfly. They actually have customer service and way less of a headache. .
