Have only had this clock for a short while, about a week or two, and it appears to be working properly, keeping time and such. It's a very attractive clock, and I've received a number of compliments on it already in the short period of time that my salon has been allowed to open.
Would definitely recommend, but I did appear to get lost in the cracks as far as receiving it, but things moved swiftly ahead after I made a follow-up call on it, and dealt with a very nice customer service representative...Krystal I believe was her name. The image, coloring, the design, were all as picture in the sample I approved online. Very nice.
