I was pleasantly surprised that the Black Cat kitty bowl arrived without a scratch. I was hesitant to order it as I have ordered fragile products before from other sites and have been disappointed when they arrived damaged. Kira, my Grandkitty, was very intrigued with the black cats on her new bowl and was pleased her neck rested comfortably on its rounded lip. The imprinted black cats and the name Kira were very clear, defined, with no smudges anywhere.
