The badge is great quality. Arrives on time. I gave a 4 star because once I order, I have to wait for an email and then send an email to customer support. This has delayed shipment of order at times. As a busy HR Generalist, this is one more task that is added to my list of to-do's and is inefficient. If this step could be bypassed the product would get a 5 star. Design and printing was excellent!
