The product is great.
The custom design was only on one flag of the banner - not the rest of the bunting banner. I still have not received a response as to why this happened or what the company would do to remedy this problem. I had to use the banner as it was, but was not thrilled with it. The printing was fine, but the custom design I submitted only was used for one flag of the entire bunting. I ordered two bunting banners, so only two flags (out of the 30 or so flags) were printed like the design I created.

Amazing quality of these flags, nice and heavy, will last a long time
The provided string is thick and solid, however it was too short to fit all the pictures.
I ended up using an extra string and create 3 strings from the 32 pictures. great print quality, opted for black and white, the images are crisp and beautiful

This banner was great and went above my expectations. The flags are made out of a high quality sturdy material and the pricing was higher than paper banners but worth it for the ability to get exactly what we wanted and with great long lasting quality. I will be back again for this when the occasion arises! Fantastic. As expected.
