The product is great. The custom design was only on one flag of the banner - not the rest of the bunting banner. I still have not received a response as to why this happened or what the company would do to remedy this problem. I had to use the banner as it was, but was not thrilled with it. The printing was fine, but the custom design I submitted only was used for one flag of the entire bunting. I ordered two bunting banners, so only two flags (out of the 30 or so flags) were printed like the design I created.
