Ordering this ornament was easy, and it is a really nice quality item. I would have given it 4 1/2 start if possible, because I thought it was going to come with a piece of rawhide to hang it with, and it did not. Other than that, I highly recommend this product. The color were a little bit dull, but not enough to bother me. The printing on the back was nice and clear.
