The image was adorable, but the quality of the puzzle was poor. Interlocking was terrible and I had to repeatedly put the pieces back together. When gluing, it was a challenge. Pieces kept coming out and the glue leaked to the backside through the interlocking. But then, the puzzle wasn't actually 16 x 20 but 15 1/2 by 19 1/2. I had found the perfect frame, but the puzzle was 1/2 by 1/2 too small. It's with a frame maker trying to correct. I've been puzzling and framing for 30 + years and I've never had this before. And I hope I never do again. Add $150 for the frame maker to repair.
