Dalmatian Dogs (by James Ward) Card
This design features a painting by the English artist James Ward (1769–1859), who specialised in depicting animals. It shows a family of Dalmatian dogs: there is a male dog standing upright beside a female dog lying on the ground with two young pups suckling from her. All of the dogs have the white coats with black or brown spots that is typical of the Dalmatian dog breed. This breed of dog is thought to have come from present-day Croatia and its historical region of Dalmatia, and it was used originally as a hunting dog, but it is now celebrated for its gentle temperament and beauty.

This card turned out better than I could’ve imagined. I love that I truly was able to customize & personalize the card – from the pictures in the “DADDY” to typing my own personal sentiments on the flip side… The colors and images printed onto the card are high-quality with nothing blurring together. I chose the shimmering pearl paper to go with the bow and provide a certain contrast to the black gift wrapping paper – a plain white card just wouldn’t do for me heheh The shape of the card looks like a baggage tag lol – I wanted this card to look like a tag on a package –
LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CARD, surpassed my expectations!!
