My bag is very sturdy and pretty. Only complaint is that there is no small pocket inside to carry pens, tissues, etc. I have to carry a small make-up bag for small essentials. When I set up my printing, I didn't realize I had cut off the tip of the daylily. After I placed my order, I received an email saying that there was a problem and they couldn't correct it. I would have to leave as is or cancel the order and reorder. I left it as ordered. If the order had been flagged in some way, I could have corrected before submitting my order.

The quality of the tote was good. Better than I expected. I think I should of used a darker/another color for the customizing. The name did not stand out like I wanted, but the receiver absolutely loved it - so I was happy.
