Decorative kaleidoscope iPhone 4 case

The item arrived on time but my daughter didn't like it and I want to return it. The company was closed through the new year and there is no info in the packaging to help with a return. I sent an email that was immediately auto-repsonded to but still haven't heard anything of substance. I will reach out again today. THe item is fine, my complaint is with the difficulty in returning it.

I had the same case in the thin model, which cracked and chipped over time, offering little protection. This case so far offers more protection. It is bulkier than I thought, but I got used to it quick. It takes effort to push the power button, but it's a good case. The image has a shiny yellow tint; I was hoping the flag picture would resemble the image as much as possible, like matte rustic wood.
