Desert Maccabee Shield And Spears

A military brown "subdued" style depiction of a Maccabee's shield and two spears on a desert camo background. The shield is adorned by a lion and text reading "Yisrael" (Israel) in the Paleo-Hebrew alphabet. English text reading "Maccabee" also appears. Add your own additional text. The Maccabees were Jewish rebels who freed Judea from the yoke of the Seleucid Empire. Chanukkah is not just a mid-winter festival featuring candles and fried delicacies. it celebrates a military victory, and securing religious freedom, over the Seleucid Empire. Additionally, the revolt was a civil war involving those Jews who were loyal to G-d and those who had adopted the Hellenism of the Seleucids.

I love what I was able to do with this picture. I transferred the picture so that it looks like it is on her balcony, or at least now she has her Condo in the background. I then had Zazzle put it on a magnae. Zazzle gives you so many options to try. The picture was so clear and the colors bright. Wonderful gift to send someone.
