Every Christmas I purchase a mug very similar to this mug for my hubby with the yearly Grand Children Pic on them. In the past I always purchased the mug from the kiosk in the mall. Which I do not recommend. The Mug on Zazzle is got a 30 day guarantee. The mall has none. The mall is expensive. Zazzle is not only inexpensive the colors on the pictures are more vivid. Then you can write on the ZAZZLE mug in places that are dead areas on the mall mugs. SO...save your money and your frustration don't order from the mall, order on line...'get the ZAZZLE mug. You will be as pleased as I am. The printing turned out great! I was very happy with your end of it. The only problem was with me...I forgot to put in the year, that mistake was at my end.
