Designed a custom mouse pad with my name and amatuer radio call sign. In the preview step of the order process all of the lettering was on the mouse pads, I ordered two identical items. When I recieved them about a week later parts of the lettering was chopped off on both the top and bottom of the pad. I went back and again looked at the proof that I saved from the order and all the lettering was on it. Poor Quality Control. I don't understand why they would have even shipped them to me in that condition. I am going to try and get a refund.
