This poster was inspired by how many times I hear my students make comments about disrespecting my colleagues. It was becoming commonplace for me to message disrespecting a teacher does not automatically cause the teacher to hurt. In fact, it does the exact opposite. Using this poster helped minimise the amount of times I had to make the point about respect of authority. The graphics says it all and has proven to be highly effective for my secondary students.
