The sci-fi book of YaoBianTianMu / 曜变天幕 tells a story of a rebellious young model with a mysterious background who tries to uncover the murder mystery behind her mother’s death. With the help of a young British-Chinese astronomer, they gradually decipher a chain of puzzles spanning more than 2,500 years. The story is mysterious, but also fun. It is full of suspense, murder and disaster throughout the past and present. One of the main characters is called Donald, a 27 year-old graduate of Eton, who works at Purple Mountain Observatory. He has a pair of eyes as deep as the ocean and a smile as warm as the sun. He is a gentle, humorous and world-minded intellectual young man. The illustration of Donald is created by the author.
