Don't Be Basic: Lift Heavy Or Die Trying Clipboard

Everybody has to start somewhere and somewhere is called basic. It is the starting point, but somewhere along the way in the health and wellness journey there are mental and physical roadblocks that can prevent progression. The mantra, “Don’t Be Basic” is a challenge to not only one’s self, but friends and family to be motivated to overcome those mental and physical roadblocks. We could go on with other cliches, but motivation only takes you so far. It is discipline that separates basic from the beast in you.
