One of my favourite things to do, when it comes to self love journalling, is to separate by sad thoughts from my happy thoughts in a double sided notebook. The front cover features your happy thoughts journalling, but if you flip the notebook over, you'll discover the side meant for your sad thoughts.
For best practices- make sure to write both the happy and the sad on the same days. To even things up a bit <3
This double sided journal notebook has shades of red and pink with it, as well as some interesting textures and calligraphy, to get you into the mood of journalling.

It is cardboard and plastic /laminated when it clearly states leather. I was expecting a leather front page. .
