I love how easy this was to create and the recipient loves it so much that she refuses to use it for fear of scratching it up! However, the initial item I received was someone else's custom order. Thankfully, I ordered way ahead of time and was able to get a replacement but only after contacting both Zazzle multiple times and then the merchant who was more than accommodating. I will order from this merchant again. Perfect! I was concerned that the picture might not be as pretty as the sample. It was beautiful!
