Dream Journal. Record your dreams. The Holy Spirit will help us to understand our dreams. When Joesph in the Bible in the book of Gensis was ask my Pharoah to interpet a dream he had ,Joesph said , God will give Pharoah the ineterpretation to his dream. Joesph knew in himself he could not interepet Joesph's dream. Jesus in John 14 says the Holy Spirit will teach is all things....The Holy Spirit can help us know what the dreams means, whats the source of the dream? our souls, God telling us something? The Bible shares how dreams can come to us because of much activity, God can speak to us in dreams and in the Bible he often guides people , gives them instruction and revelation in their dreams. We can encounter people in our dreams which may actually be them or a dream revealing something about them, or our heart towards them. Evil spirits, demons can be in our dreams. If we have tormenting dreams Jesus said in his name we can cast out devils in His name Mark 16. We can ask Jesus to come and fill us and cleanses us of all evil. I like to record my dreams sometimes because it is interesting to me recall the mini story I was in or observing, which sometimes I like sometimes not.
