This trading pass, bearing the shogun's seal and allowing Dutch ships into Japan, was issued in the name of Tokugawa Ieyasu by Chakusu Kurûnbeike. Tokugawa Ieyasu founded the Tokugawa shogunate and began the Edo period. Perfect for history or Japan buffs, this small poster would be a great accent to any wall.
