Easter eggs and horses

Easter eggs are specially decorated eggs for the Easter holiday or spring celebration. Originally, eggs (boiled eggs) that were dyed or painted, but nowadays, eggs made of chocolate and plastic eggs stuffed with candy such as jelly beans have been substituted. Plastic eggs can also contain cash. As for Easter eggs stuffed with sweets, the confectionary industry provides everything in its form, like chocolate eggs wrapped in colorful wheels and hollow inside. Some of them are delicately made with the use of sugar-making and pastry decoration techniques. Jelly eggs and jelly beans are often made by coating pectin candy with sugar (sugar coating). In English-speaking countries and Germany, there is a legend that rabbits called Easter Bunny hide these eggs, and on the morning of Easter, children search for the hidden eggs. Church bells are to be brought to France and Italy. Eggs are hidden outdoors (indoors if the weather is bad). There are times when there is a competition about who can collect the most eggs. In the Orthodox and Catholic churches, the Blessing of Eggs is performed during the Easter Service.
