[Ebinomaru] Ebimon/Shoso Ari/Like Shochiku, it is considered to be a symbol of longevity and is used for New Year's decorations and celebrations. It is the family crest of the Emi and Ohashi clans. (Written by Kosaku ITO, "Nihon no Monsho") / Ebi have been used as a Zuisho animal for the decoration of the gate during the New Year's holidays, as well as pine and bamboo. ...The use of this crest is based on the fact that it was made of Kitcho. In addition, the Ebina clan used this system based on the instrumental significance of the family name. ("Nihon Monshogaku" by Yorisuke NUMATA)
