While I really want to love these cards, I will have to say the cards are flimsier than I expected, the gold does not appear as metallic as it does on the preview image. I love that you can customize, however, I just wish that they were indeed better finished quality. Colors were not as bold/saturated as Inwould have liked. I also would have loves it if the cards had a gloss to them (which I thought was included on my choice).

The gold design is printed on matte paper and looks more like yellow and brown than gold. The ultra-thick paper is untenably thick, though a nice idea. The black background doesn't print very richly. The gold design has no shine to it, and the black background isn't especially rich.
