My order had an error on it that I did not pick it up until the invitations came. I called the customer service rep and she painstakingly helped to correct the order, was not rushed and showed interest. She even got me discount for my invitations and a free express shipping. My invitations were shipped the same day I ordered them and I got them on time. The only thing is that it would be nice if someone reviews the invitations before they are printed. The invitations were absolutely stunning. I got great compliments about them
