I contacted the designer. She told me I could edit the initials in the design & edit tool. Not true. I went with it. Initials are interlocked & indecipherable. The "paper" they were printed on was Zazxle's "premium soft touch" which is like slick poster board. HORRIBLE!! Zazzle did give me a credit. Not sure I will use it or use them again. .
