I worked with Zazzle and were able to customize the text in Spanish with all necessary accent marks, since I provided the complete final text and entered it myself in the Zazzle website. I liked have the "preview" option at the customization page since it allowed me to visualize exactly the appearance of the final product. Quality of the paper is nice and the envelopes are also a nice, heavy quality. The paper of the envelopes is great for calligraphy, allowing me to hand-address each envelope in decorative ink. The invitations and envelopes were damaged in shipping, due in part to poor packing at the shipping office and in part to the delivery service. The envelopes and invitations are not wrapped in any protective covering when placed in the box with some crumpled paper for shock absorption. I contacted Zazzle customer service and sent photos and Zazzle promptly replaced the order. Packing and shipping were the same but product arrived undamaged. Yes, very satisfied.
