Elegant rustic sunflower photo wedding thank you card

I have been sick since before Christmas and just now had a chance to open the package that contained my Thank You cards that I ordered. These are totally unacceptable. There are border lines running right in the middle of the photograph. I would have thought whoever printed these would have noticed this, or whoever packaged them. I would like to know how I go about returning these and getting my money refunded, or find out if these can be redone correctly without any lines running through the photo... I cannot use these the way they are... Please advise... Thank you. Awful! There are lines running through the photograph.

I made these thank you cards with some pictures we got back from my photographer from our wedding. I actually got phone calls and texts saying how beautiful they were. People thanked me for the thank you cards lol! They came out so perfect! .

The invite designs range from trendy to traditional and there are certainly enough designs to choose from! Customer service is quick to step in and give you a hand if and when you need it as well!! The colors were sharp and there was no bleeding. It couldn’t have been better
