The order I placed last month has been shipped twice and is still not here. I was promised the replacement order would be one day shipping and that is clearly not the case.
It’s been very difficult to talk to zazzle and the maker of this product about these issues. As I’m reading reviews now this seems to be a common theme. Disappointed and frustrated as my wedding invitations were supposed to be sent out by now. .

I’m so happy with my wedding invitations! I placed a custom order using a template I purchased on Etsy and ordered them on a Sunday and they arrived 10 days later. The paper quality was great and I loved how they had indented lined where to fold and an adhesive strip to easily attach them together. They look beautiful and I cannot wait to send them to our guests. The printing quality was perfect! I used a custom template and they turned out exactly how the sample was shown. Extremely satisfied with how they turned out.
