This was my first experience with Zazzle. I will definitely use them again. The invitations were just as I'd hoped they'd be. I am very, very happy with them!! The pink & grey colors were perfect and the quality was superb. Even the standard envelopes were great. The first shipment was lost in the mail, but customer service was very quick to get a replacement shipment in the mail and expedite the delivery. I appreciated the service. the invitations turned out great! I had darkened the printing when I did my customization and I'm glad I did. I think it would have been too light. As is was they turned out perfectly

It took me a little practice to get used to using the customization tools, so I got some kind emails describing how to fix the problems. But once I got it figured out, it was simple and I was grateful for the quick service and turn-around. The card stock is nice, and the design is so cute I couldn't resist. It's perfect for what I needed. No issues with the printing, the colors seem to be right on. I think the card may have been cut slightly off-center, but hard to know because it may have also been my error in customizing the text.
