This was my first experience with Zazzle. I will definitely use them again. The invitations were just as I'd hoped they'd be. I am very, very happy with them!! The pink & grey colors were perfect and the quality was superb. Even the standard envelopes were great. I changed the print when ordering as I'd read another reviewer who did the same and recommended it. I did and am extremely happy with the results.

The first shipment was lost in the mail, but customer service was very quick to get a replacement shipment in the mail and expedite the delivery. I appreciated the service. the invitations turned out great! I had darkened the printing when I did my customization and I'm glad I did. I think it would have been too light. As is was they turned out perfectly

It took me a little practice to get used to using the customization tools, so I got some kind emails describing how to fix the problems. But once I got it figured out, it was simple and I was grateful for the quick service and turn-around. The card stock is nice, and the design is so cute I couldn't resist. It's perfect for what I needed. No issues with the printing, the colors seem to be right on. I think the card may have been cut slightly off-center, but hard to know because it may have also been my error in customizing the text.
