I placed three orders for mugs during November, but the manufacturing and shipping times varied greatly. In this case, the last order arrived after the recipients had left to go back to their respective countries. So now I have to figure out how to ship the mugs internationally. :(. The printing was perfect. I love the option of using special fonts and adding personal messages. I love the products from all the orders, but the inconsistency of delivery time has caused issues.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing. It will make an excellent present, which the purchase was intended for.
