I've done a similar type of design concept which included a poem by Emily Dickinson that I featured in another product. Yet once again, I've decided to come up with another design concept that I like to share, no matter that it involves intellectual property which is rather safe to use. It is believed so. I thought this over after hiding some of my designs earlier (or made some unavailable for sale, just for now) for reasons that I am still unsure about their legality in terms of their copyright(s). This particular literary work, however, was used (& believed to be constituting "fair use" & whose copyright may have already expired as per legal advice that I've reviewed online). But my interest in poetic language & the high esteem that I have always had with poets or writers are the main driving forces behind designs of this ilk. The muse is still unknowable. Is it the theme, the author, the purview, the context, or the expressions being related in her poetic style? Thank you for reading on!
