The Rock hopper Penguin is one of the five penguin species that habit the Falkland Islands. They scale very steep cliff faces to nest on the very top . Visitors come from all over the world to see these incredible little penguins. There are tens of thousands around various locations on the Falkland islands. They and their cousins the Macaroni Penguin are the only species that scale steep cliff faces to nest.
