“Falling Signal” feels like a transmission collapsing into darkness. The blurred grey tones descending into deep black evoke a soundscape made of sinking drones, fading harmonic fragments, and vertical streaks of static that resemble rain made of broken data. The piece would begin with a faint, trembling brightness that gradually erodes, overtaken by low-frequency rumble and soft distortion. As the signal “falls,” the textures become heavier, more fragmented, and more submerged, as though the last traces of communication are slipping out of reach. The mood is sombre, atmospheric, and cinematic a quiet disintegration into shadow.
