The problem I had twice was making sure the back side of the card is either blank or what you want printed. If you don't mark it accordingly, you will receive the front side your way and the back with their advertisement/sample.
They are fantastic at making it right for you. Great customer service.

the front of my business card is just beautiful, but the back was shipped with the sample log...not at all happy with this. this happended 2ce. i think i needed to delete the back side, but didn't know it at the time since I only filled out the front. very nice but not ablet to use it
