I received the first product Premium Key Chain small. I couldn't read the Quote. I apologize for getting upset. I thought I was stuck with. I then called customer support and Joshen,calmed down and took care of the problem. He actually pick out the font color and sent me the premium keychain large as a replacement. for a $1.28.
