Firefighter - Moving with urgency 1914 Jigsaw Puzzle

When they arrived on the scene, it would be set up and raised above the fire so the water would shoot down. But what is more interesting in this image are the horses. These are specially trained fire horses. Each one had its spot and knew where to go. It would stand in the spot it needed to be in. And someone outside would chain them up. The entire process took about 15 seconds. There is no significance of putting the brown one in the centre, but the OCD in me appreciates the balance.
