The overall quality was excellent. The only thing I did not expect and causes me some concern is that it is made from plastic. All of the other ornaments I have ordered have been ceramic. Being plastic it does alleviate the concern of breaking if dropped, but I worry about long term image quality from getting scratched. The printing turned out excellent especially taking into account I used photos that were taken on a cell phone.
