She is waiting for her father to return home from the sea, where he is working as a fisherman. The window is open and the girl can feel the sea breeze. The coastal landscape can be seen in the distance, with a boat sailing on the water. There is also a young woman or girl walking along the path beside the open window. The original art was painted in 1936.
