    This design features the flag of Hong Kong (officially the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China", HKSAR), which is a metropolitan area on the eastern Pearl River Delta of the South China Sea. Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated places in the world, and it has the highest number of skyscrapers of any city; its residents have some of the highest life expectancies in the world.
