Clock arrived in great condition. Package well to prevent damage during shipping. Easy to operate and hang. Looks nice. Only thing I would recommend to Zazzle is to offer other clock hand color options besides black. Since fleur de lis is black and hands of clock are black, is hard to read the time, especially from a distance. For this reason I'm rating clock as average. Printing turned out sharp and clear.
