The dish towel is actually a waffle weave and it is white on the back. The quality is very nice. I am actually going to use this as a mini table runner. I will be buying more. It turned out slightly lighter than shown but very crisp and clear. You can see the color changes well. This is my own pattern and I have bought many items with it and am always happy with the printing of it.
