This image is from an old (1984) photo taken from a two-seat (side-by-side) weight-shift microlight aircraft while flying over the North Yorkshire countryside during the winter-time---insulated leather gloves and boots were a must! The engine and two-bladed wooden propeller are situated just at the back of the pilot. (The exciting flying and handling characteristics of this delightful machine are vividly described in a thrilling episode which can be found in my apocalyptic novel, A Time To Run (Colin Hudson), now available in Kindle and eBook format).
